Terms and Conditions AgenHoki – Complete Platform Usage Guide

Agenhoki's services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria without exception. agenhoki reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time.

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Register and use the platform solely in your own name — not on behalf of any third party.
• Not classified as a self-excluded individual under agenhoki's self-exclusion program.
• Not prohibited by your local or regional laws from participating in online gaming activities.
• Not an employee of AgenHoki, an immediate family member of an employee, or any party with a conflict of interest with the platform.

AgenHoki employs a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all users. Users who fail the KYC process or provide false information will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings or account balance will be forfeited.

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one active account at agenhoki at any given time. This includes accounts registered using the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method. Holding multiple accounts constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

• Complete and accurate personal information must be provided during registration, including full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Passwords must be strong, unique, and never shared with anyone. agenhoki will not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date should any changes occur in their personal details.
• Account verification via email or SMS must be completed within 48 hours of registration to fully activate the account.

In cases where multiple accounts are detected, AgenHoki reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any existing balances and winnings, and permanently ban the user from re-registering in the future. This decision is final.

• Losses resulting from the user's internet failure, hardware issues, or third-party software problems are beyond agenhoki's responsibility.
• AgenHoki's maximum total liability to any user is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
